400 g / 14 oz beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
300 g / 10 oz noodles (egg noodles, udon, or spaghetti)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green onions or cilantro
Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain.
Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and honey for the sticky sauce.
Heat oil; sauté garlic and onion 1–2 min.
Add beef; cook 3–4 min until browned.
Add bell pepper; cook 2 min.
