A rich and comforting ramen bowl featuring tender chicken, garlic-infused creamy broth, fresh vegetables, and silky noodles.

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 pound / 450 g)
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1/2 teaspoon (3 g) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
1/2 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
4 cloves garlic (1 tablespoon / 15 g), minced
4 cups (960 ml) low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
1/2 teaspoon (3 g) dried thyme
1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
2 packs ramen noodles (6 ounces / 170 g)
1 cup (60 g) sliced mushrooms
1 cup (50 g) fresh spinach
2 green onions, sliced
2 soft-boiled eggs (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Slice.

  • Sauté garlic, add broth, cream, soy sauce, thyme, pepper, and Parmesan. Simmer gently.

  • Add noodles, mushrooms, and spinach. Cook until tender.

  • Divide into bowls and top with sliced chicken and green onions.

Notes

Simmer gently to prevent cream from curdling.
Add extra broth when reheating if needed.
Best enjoyed fresh and hot.
